Technical Project Manager
/ ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Technical Project Managers who are comfortable in engineering environments — who understand what a deployment pipeline is, why Kubernetes matters, and how to translate technical blockers into client language. You'll coordinate delivery across engineering teams and keep client relationships on track.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate delivery across embedded engineering teams and client stakeholders
- Track project scope, timelines, and risks — and flag them early
- Run agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical client contacts
- Manage project documentation, SOWs, and delivery milestones
- Support onboarding of engineers into new client environments
- Identify blockers and unblock teams proactively
/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical project management experience
- Solid understanding of software development and infrastructure concepts
- Experience managing engineering teams in agile environments
- Comfortable with async, remote-first communication
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Experience with project management tools: Asana, Linear, Jira, or similar
/ WOULD BE A STRENGTH
- Background in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud projects
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
- Knowledge of Web3 or blockchain project delivery
- Familiarity with SOW and MSA contract structures
- Experience in a consulting or outstaffing environment
