Site Reliability Engineer
/ ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for SREs who thrive in high-stakes environments — where downtime costs money and alert fatigue burns out teams. You'll embed into client teams to build the observability, incident management, and reliability processes that keep systems healthy and engineers sleeping at night.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets with client teams
- Create and maintain incident runbooks and response processes
- Design on-call schedules and alert routing via PagerDuty or equivalent
- Lead post-mortem processes and drive reliability improvements
- Reduce alert noise and eliminate false positives across monitoring stacks
- Work directly with client engineering leads — no intermediaries
/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of SRE or production operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Strong understanding of SLO/SLA definition and error budget management
- Experience with incident management tools: PagerDuty, OpsGenie, or similar
- Solid Linux fundamentals and scripting skills (Bash, Python)
- Experience working with distributed systems in production
- Professional English — our clients are global
/ WOULD BE A STRENGTH
- Kubernetes experience in production environments
- Familiarity with chaos engineering practices
- Experience building runbooks and internal reliability documentation
- Background in high-traffic or financially sensitive systems
- Web3 or blockchain infrastructure exposure
