Fullstack Developer - Web3 Track
/ ABOUT THE ROLE
No blockchain experience required but genuine curiosity about Web3 is. We're looking for Fullstack Developers with strong fundamentals in JS/TS, Node.js, and React who want to work on the infrastructure and tooling side of the Web3 space. You'll learn on real projects alongside engineers who've been in the ecosystem for years.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain web applications and internal tools for client teams.
- Develop REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js.
- Build React frontends that integrate with blockchain data and wallet connections.
- Work with databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployments.
- Learn and apply Web3 tooling progressively as you grow into the role.
/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of fullstack development experience.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Solid Node.js backend experience: Express, Fastify, or similar.
- React experience with real projects, not just tutorials.
- Basic database knowledge: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Genuine interest in Web3 and blockchain technology.
- Professional English — our clients are global.
/ WOULD BE A STRENGTH
- Any exposure to ethers.js, wagmi, or Web3.js.
- Basic understanding of how blockchains work.
- Experience with Docker or containerised environments.
- Open source contributions or personal Web3 projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
