Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer
/ ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers who know blockchain infrastructure from the inside — nodes that go out of sync, validators that get slashed, RPC endpoints that fail under load. You'll work with DeFi protocols, node operators, and Web3 teams that need reliable infrastructure and someone who's been there before.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, operate, and monitor blockchain nodes across EVM, Cosmos, Cardano, and other ecosystems
- Configure and maintain validator nodes with slashing protection and automated failover
- Build and manage RPC endpoint infrastructure with load balancing and redundancy
- Implement Web3-specific monitoring: block height, sync status, peer count, RPC health
- Deploy smart contract infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines
- Respond to incidents and maintain runbooks for chain upgrades and emergency recovery
/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of blockchain infrastructure or node operations experience
- Hands-on experience with at least one ecosystem: EVM chains, Cosmos SDK, or Cardano
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience with bare metal and cloud hybrid infrastructure
- Monitoring experience: Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools
- Professional English — our clients are global
/ WOULD BE A STRENGTH
- Experience with multiple blockchain ecosystems
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and their infrastructure requirements
- Validator operations experience with staking pools or infrastructure DAOs
- Familiarity with MEV, flashbots, or advanced EVM tooling
- Experience with Cosmos IBC or cross-chain infrastructure
