DevOps / Platform Engineer
/ ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for hands-on DevOps and Platform Engineers to embed directly into client teams. You'll design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container infrastructure, and deployment systems for startups, scaleups, and Web3 projects. The work is real, the teams are small, and the infrastructure matters.
/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker environments, and container orchestration
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi
- Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Automate deployment processes and release management workflows
- Collaborate directly with client engineering teams — daily updates, no account managers in between
- Document infrastructure decisions and maintain runbooks
/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience
- Production Kubernetes experience — real clusters, real traffic
- Strong IaC skills: Terraform or Pulumi
- Solid cloud experience in at least one: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar
- Docker and container orchestration in production environments
- Professional English — our clients are global
/ WOULD BE A STRENGTH
- Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
- Knowledge of security best practices: secrets management, IAM, network policies
- Web3 or blockchain infrastructure exposure
- Experience working in async, remote-first environments
- Familiarity with incident management processes and on-call rotations
